The final assessment of a student for promotion shall be decided on the annual record of the student based on 300 per subject, to be distributed as indicated below:
- Quarterly Examination - 100 Marks
- Half – Yearly Examination - 100 Marks
- Annual Examination - 100 Marks
Securing 40% marks in the annual examination alone will not entitle a student to merit promotion. No grace marks will be given.
No exam may be postponed or anticipated to suit the convenience of any single student.
